This one was taken with permission and was good for several reasons, not least because I now know Dave's name and he knows mine (we were previously only nodding acquaintances) and he also seems to be pretty deaf so I was pleased that I succeeded in asking to take his photo. He was very gracious in letting me.
(I could have done with better light might you but you have to take what you can get sometimes.)
